That's not me. I put my hearing aids in and teleision doesn't sound at all natural so I take them out again...and listen to the sound turned away up...maximum.
Lately I seem to have a balance problem...maybe I don't do enough exerise...or maybe I should There was a cane in a circular bin on a street by the Orial on Atlantic Ave. and Harriet took it. I said, Harriet, someone really needs that cane but she just looked at me. She wasn't stealing...she just thought someone threw it away.
I think New Yorkers think diferently that we do in Pennsylvavia....we're very square people and laid back.
The other night 3 of us went to the Japanese Buffet...and they have a steep curb getting up...so I grabbed Estelle's hand and then I took Judy's to help them down...and I got the same service.
We must have been a scene...3 old ladies....going down a curb. Now we look for ramps making it easy for us......We used to sing from the Mikado...Three Litlle Maids from school are we....we come from a ladies seminary. Now we're a circle of 'helping hands'
Maybe all the talk about all my friends going into retirement homes is getting me down. I feel so comfortable in my own home...and I have long term insurance. To me...it's instituional living. I never dreamed that I would live into my 80th decade.
seems tho that all my friends are going away....and I can't stand change. What I do take pleasure is in seeing and hearing about all the news babys andI know quite of them are pregnant. Wasn't that a good time in your ife...your little miracle...this new soul that you've brought into the world...and life is meant to be happy.
I think maybe I need a new interest in my life. Let me see what I can do about a book club..
Any help, anyone?????

i read your last heart rendering blog....i do know how you feel....none of us want things to change...we want things to
stay as they were when things were at their best...but alas....everything changes, evolves, expands, contracts, moves forward and
back.....it's the continuum of life...the only way to move through it is with an open mind, a willing heart to accept
the nice residential facilities are not what you have decided they are, they aren't "institutions"
....they actually give freedom to the people there who would have had limited freedom had they remained in the current situations that put them there in the first place...
but, this is what you have decided .... it's your perception....and it's yours, and we're all entitled to how we feel, as long as we remain
open....not closed....remember the butterfly on my leg and the words above it...."broken open"....they live their lives that way, broken open...
now for the book club you have wanted for so long....here is what you do:
send an e mail to www.highpointwestIII@gmail.
and you can decide when to do it, i suggest in the clubhouse....
it has to come through the board not a single member.....send it today, we'll get it monday and post for you then
